Foundations 1 class

CrossFit Foundation Classes:

If you are new to CrossFit, we require you to start with a series of sessions called “Foundation Classes”. These three, one and a half hour sessions will introduce you to the fundamental exercises, equipment and philosophy of CrossFit. The classes are taught by CrossFit certified coaches.

Foundations 1: What is Fitness?, General Physical Skills, What is CrossFit?, Intro to Calisthenics, 10 minute workout.

Foundations 2: Cardio and the three metabolic pathways, Core work, introduction to barbell lifts, 10 minute workout.

Foundations 3: Nutrition, more barbell lifts, where do you go from here?

After you have finished your introductory sessions, you may choose to continue with personal training or enter our group workout classes.
