Lunch: meatloaf, sauteed peppers/zucchini

Supper: "meat-zza" (ground beef as crust, homemade tomato sauce, bacon, onions, tri color peppers and zucchini, and a sprinkling of cheese), cooked broccoli/cauliflower, fish oil

Snack: apple, tea, fish oil

Breakfast: chicken thighs, veggie soup (beets, onions, celery, cabbage, tomatos, carrots, zucchini), fish oil

Lunch: meatzza, fish oil

Snack: sunflower seeds

Supper: spicy turkey burgers with peach salsa (tiny drizzle of honey and lime juice), cooked broccoli, sauteed zucchini, fish oil

Snack: will eat this soon…not sure what I will have though

Haven't posted my food in a year…trying to get back on track again.

With my new work schedule, I find it very difficult to eat as often as I was a year ago, so many days I don't feel I get enough food as I should.

Snack: I will fess up-I had milky way ice cream tonight. It was coconut…so that counts, right?  :P EPIC FAIL!

Monday October 3rd 2011

Breakfast: chicken breast with bacon/mushroom paste, stir fry

Lunch: (I was at a work seminar at the Delta today, and we went to the Cornwall foodcourt for lunch) I went to Edo, and got the Sukiyaki Beef (beef, veggies and rice). I left most of the rice on my plate, but some was unavoidable cause it was stuck to the veggies and beef. I guess I should have ordered it without the rice.
I will be there again tomorrow……not really sure which is the best choice for "paleo" at the food court. I haven't faced this problem in a loooong time.

Snack: coconut flakes, kobasa sausage

Supper: pork chop, avocado, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts

Snack: dark chocolate

I ate nothing. Only a few cups of green tea throughout the day. Other than that, nothing!

Thanksgiving lunch: turkey, ham, brussels sprouts, greek salad, paleo cabbage rolls, paleo pumpkin pie (with some real cream poured over top)

Snack: paleo cabbage rolls, veggies/hummus


Monday October 10th 2011

Breakfast: 2 eggs, bacon, onions, tomatos, peppers, cheese

Supper: Fish and chips. Yup. Epic fail.


Tuesday October 11th 2011

Breakfast: paleo cabbage rolls, brussels sprouts

Lunch: turkey, veggies/hummus

Supper: ground beef, brussels sprouts, avocado

Snack: blackberries and real cream


Ok, so I realize that people are reading my food posts. I have not been as strict as I originally thought. I've had a few bad days with non-paleo food, and many bad days with not enough food. I have kind of been on an emotional roller coaster this last month, and my food shows it. It's not the best excuse, I know. But I'm trying my best to keep it clean. I will likely continue after the 30 days is up and try and get it right.
