Well, I can't gaurantee that I will post every day, but I'll try my best to do it as often as possible.
Breakfast: Omelet –> onions, tri color peppers, spinach sauteed in coconut oil, 2 eggs
Snack: banana, walnuts, raw veggies
Lunch: Big ass spinach salad with carrots, cucumber, strawberries, steak and avacado and olive oil
Snack: apple, pecans
Supper: Steak, cooked beets, cooked cabbage
Snack: Larabar, raw cucumber, tea

Yesterday (Saturday Sept 5th) Day 2
Breakfast: larabar, 2 mini mandarin oranges
Lunch: 1 (homemade) hamburger with guacamole, cooked cabbage
Snack: raw veggies, almonds
Supper: Lots of yummy paleo food at Chris and Kelly's
Snack: chicken, banana

Sunday Sept 6th Day 3
Breakfast: omelet –> onions, peppers, spinach, tomatos sauteed in coconut oil, 2 eggs
Snack: apple, larabar
Lunch: chicken, cooked cabbage, grapes
Snack: raw veggies with almond butter
Supper: big ass spinach/romaine lettuce salad with chicken, walnuts, cucumber, carrots, peppers made with olive oil/sesame seed oil and herbs dressing
Still will have a snack later on…not sure what yet

Monday Sept 7 Day 4
Breakfast: chicken, larabar
Lunch: Big ass spinach/romaine lettuce salad with chicken, pecans, grapes, cucumber, carrots, green pepper made with olive oil/sesame oil/herb dressing
Supper: Steak, cooked and pureed garlic cauliflower and broccoli (was just like garlic mashed potatos!) and grated zucchini and garlic sauteed in cocounut oil
Snack: 2 mini oranges, almond butter
(haven't eaten enough today. I will still have something else)

Tuesday September 8th Day 5
Breakfast: almonds, 2 mini oranges
Snack: raw celery and sunflower seed butter
Lunch: steak, pureed garlic cauliflower/broccoli, cooked grated zucchini
Snack: larabar, chicken
Supper: omelet –> 2 eggs, onions, green and yellow pepper, spinach sauteed in coconut oil and cooked carrots coarsley mashed with crushed pecans/walnuts and fresh juice squeezed from an orange (SO DAMN GOOD!), raw cucumber
Snack: banana, cashew butter, raw carrots, tea

Wednesday Sept 9th Day 6
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, leftover cooked carrots w nuts
Snack: larabar, banana with cashew butter
Lunch: Steak, more cooked carrots, cauliflower/broccoli puree
Snack: raw cucumber, carrots and orange pepper
Supper: chicken, more cooked carrots, zucchini
(that's a lot of carrots today!!!)
Snack: SWAMP WATER SMOOTHIE!!! (looks like swamp water, tastes like heaven!!) :)
2 cups of water
1-2 cups of spinach (I eyeballed it, but it was probably about 2 cups)
1 banana
1/2 apple
handful of frozen blueberries
Blend in the blender!
SO DAMN GOOD! (makes more than 1 serving….I drank it all, didn't know how well it would last in the fridge…next time might cut recipe in half)
Still need more protein for today I think

Thursday Sept 10th Day 7
Breakfast: 1 large tomato with an egg baked inside (I will post how I did it in the recipe section)
Snack: Swamp water smoothie – take 2
(water, spinach (1 cup), 2 medium carrots, 1 peach, 1/2 apple, handful of blueberries)
Lunch: 2 egg omelet with sauteed veggies, cooked cabbage, larabar
Snack: banana with cashew butter, raw cucumber
Supper: pork chop, stir fry veggies
Snack: leftover shake from this morning

Friday Sept 11th Day 8
Breakfast: larabar
Lunch: ground turkey with onions and tomatoes and lots of curry, stirfry mixed veggies
Snack: Swamp water smoothie – take 3
water
romaine lettuce
honeydew melon
(very yummy and earthy tasting)
Supper: roast beef with carrots, onion and cooked cabbage
Snack: roast beef, raw cucumber, almond butter
Snack: honeydew, grapes
Saturday Sept 12 Day 9
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, grapes, pistachios
Snack: Swamp water smoothie – take 4
water, spinach, banana and strawberries (I'll be honest with you…this definately was my least favorite one. I've tasted worse things than this, but I likely won't make this one again!)
Snack: apple
Supper: roast beef, BBQ beets and BBQ zucchini
Snack: curry turkey, stir fry veggies
(this was an off day…didn't have enough snacky things with me throughout the day)
Sunday Sept 13th Day 10
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with onions, green and red peppers, spinach and a peach
Snack: Swamp water smoothie – take 5
water, lettuce, spinach and pear (this one was yummy too, but kind of gritty from the pear)
Lunch: roast beef, beets, carrots
Snack: banana with cashew butter
Supper: "Fouscous" cauliflower with pine nuts, raisins and spices (recipe on forum), Paul's pork and apple dish (also on forum) and beets
Snack: PALEO PUMPKIN PIE, BABY! ( I made 2 this afternoon!) :)
Still likely to have another snack later

Lunch: beef concoction, raw veggies, almond butter

Supper: steak, beets, cauliflower roasted with grape tomatoes
Snack: swamp water smoothie with spinach, banana, pineapple, nuts
Saturday Sept 19th Day 16
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, banana, nuts
Snack: steak, nuts, fruit smoothie (banana, blueberries, strawberries)
Lunch: pork, beets, cauliflower w tomatoes
Snack: larabar, pork
Supper: chicken, beets, cauliflower w tomatoes, raw cucumber
Snack: pumpkin pie and 2 glasses of red wine
Sunday Sept 20th Day 17
Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with sauteed veggies, 1 mini mandarin orange, nuts
Lunch: pork, beets, grapes
Supper: homemade garden vegetable soup, steak
Snack: chicken, nuts, tea
(kind of having an off day today…I realize I didn't eat enough)

Supper: Paul's (sort of) soup…sort of followed the recipe, but was a bit different. Very yummy though! with chicken and butternut squash
Snack: apple, raw veggies, almond butter
Feeling like I ate a bag of hell today….slept for several hours after work, therefore no snacks. Back hurting lots and lots. Really wanting to have some cheat foods. Ugh.
