-30 consecutive Pull-ups (have 23)
-Strict Muscle-up
-2 consecutive Muscle-ups
-Rope Climb 20 feet, hands only (have 14 ft)
-100 consecutive Double-unders

Weightlifting:
-CrossFit Total over500 (have 475 from Nov. '08)
-2xBW deadlift (have 1.85x)
-Bodyweight Benchpress (have 85%)
-Bodyweight Clean & Jerk (have BW clean and BW jerk, just have to put them together!)
-Bodyweight Snatch (have 74%)

Metcon:
-5K run under 24:00 (have 24:35 from '08)
-1K run under 3:50 (have 3:59)
-500 m Row under 1:45 (have 1:47.7)

Named WODs:

Atheltic skill levels (pdf overview) is a good starting point for goals. I've got all of Level II (haven't tested some of them though) and a couple at Level III (advanced).

Dear Santa,

All I want for Christmas this year is to be able to do knees-to-elbows and pull-ups unassisted. I have been an extremely good girl this year. Oh, and also peace on earth.

Next year's list will be A LOT longer.

Well I hope this thread comes back to life.

 

Working to get my first pull up in November and 30 secs handstand.

 

This is a great training, hoping to see some good results now that my soccer season is starting in October 14, no more calling me a cab every time I sprint down the sidelinesSurprised

Unofficially I can do a pull up, tested today and it is there, I just need to stop kicking as if I was drowning.

I will be attempting the handstand in the coming week, I should be able to do it as well.

As for the soccer season it feels great, I can sprint and run back, dribble again without having to wait for my belly to do the weight transfer and jump higher on the headers. The only thing that is bothering me is that I used to kick like a train loaded with trucks loaded with nuclear warheads ON net, now it's just a derailed train. Hopefully I can figure out what's happening and start scoring on free shots.

I am using Wayne's link to measure my progress http://crossfitseattle.com/kno…..ill-levels, and it is coming along steadily. I have to be ready for Spring Fling next year in the beginner's category.

Great work Felipe! Keep it up!

Neat to look at my goals from 2009 on here. A lot of them I've gotten, but not all.

I'd say my #1 goal right now is to get back into Oly and work towards a bodyweight Snatch! I'm at 88%!.
