		<description>Used to a bit heavier to prevent myself from thrustering the weight. Focused on really good Squat clean form. Very happy. All jerks, no presses. Each lift deliberate. Did&#039;t rush myself on this wod. Taking it easy on my lungs. Rowed 150m instead of running outside.

B. 7:38 + 84 du&#039;s. I&#039;m definitely more and more stoked on du&#039;s. I enjoyed this one today. First km was pretty miserable, but by then I had found a pace that was comfortable and stuck with it.</description>
