Blech, wish I hadn’t just finished chinese food, wine and chocolate and then read that quote and diagram.
Good job to the 6amers, as usual. I wasn’t my normal self this AM, or even yesterday during “Nate” for that matter. The usual intensity just wasn’t there – I think it’s time to take a few extra days off.

Hadn’t rowed for a while… hated it. Wall balls sucked, too. Thanks, Harlan, for reminding me to not clean so much with my arms.
17:02 as rx’d. Last January, I did this with assisted ring dips and it took me 20:05.
21:57 – poor rowing but happy with the rest.
When we did this 2 months ago with running, it was the first time I had ever ran 1k without walking. The run took me 6:52 and the total workout was 28:20, and the last 400m of the workout, I did have to walk a bit cause I was pooped.
Today, I wanted to repeat the same workout with running to compare. Though I did run the 1k again without stopping, it was a few seconds slower than last time. It took 7 mins, BUT, the 400m at the end of the WOD, I was able to run the whole thing AND the whole workout took 25:10. So I knocked off 3 mins!!!
