C. Mobility – couch stretch one min per side, tennis ball (or new therapy balls from yoga tune-up) between you and wall, to tight spots on chest, shoulders, back (in that order)

Goal was to keep it under a 2:00 pace. First cardio I’ve done since bronchitis, felt good to work out the lungs!
Still not doing overhead. I’ll see what Derek has to say tomorrow or Friday.

Pretty down all week, but today really cheered me up. Needed the exercise after a week of couch potato.
A: 115
B: 1:56.9 Good pace and not tired.
2:04.6 Burned horribly in the first 20 secs and could not get back on track
1:58.9 Pace myself to about 250 mts then up, up and ran out of gas with about 50 mts left.
Yay for burpees in the first wod, I truly enjoy them
