  1. Great job 6 am! Also, I brought some workout clothes this morning that are too big for me. I never got around to bringing them when we had the clothing exchange. Anyway, please help yourselves. There is some LuLu, Addidas and Nike items in there. Most are a medium. They are in the purple Smart Set bag on the couch when you walk in.

    10 Rounds 95 lb C&J’s + 2rds with 55 lb, then switched to 35 lb Kettlebells for last 8 RDS. (20 seconds per round for a breather)

  3. Leighanne as rx’d: 3 rounds, then started doing every other minute, as it was feeling heavy and I don’t want to hurt myself before Saskatoon.

    Rhiannon as rx’d: 406 – PR and first time breaking 400! (My shoulders are numb)

    Rhiannon – 317 – a 70 rep improvement from last time!

    After was oly club. Still having issues with my jerk but finally managed a 95lb snatch (PR) with no press out! Yayness
