Coaches Notes: For Fran, choose a weight that will have you doing this workout in under 10 minutes, Intermediate = 65/45lb, Beginners use just a barbell, no extra band pull-ups this time. Burpees may be done at home. Perform proper push-up in the burpee (not lazy burpees!) and make sure hips and shoulders are fully open on the jump.

IT’S BACK!!

Burpee Challenge II: Today we test our time for 100 burpees in order to compare to Day 100 (18 December), then tomorrow is Day 2 so do 2 burpees, Day 3 is 3 burpees and continue to add 1 burpee for each day to 100.
The Rules:
1. Use Burgener’s burpee standards for form (see link)
2. You can complete each day’s burpees all at once, or broken up and done at different times throughout the day
3. If for some reason you miss a day, you have to make up all the missed burpees the following day
4. If you don’t start the challenge with us today, you can “buy-in” at any time by doing ALL the missed day’s burpees on your first day
5. Any burpees you complete during your regular workout can count towards that day’s Challenge burpees, if you want them to
5. Have fun doing burpees and getting stronger doing it! If you can only do burpees with knee pushups, then continue with this as your standard. Try to build in some standard pushups as you can.
Last time we did this over 50 people started but only 19 finished! Who will complete it this time?
