Spent the early evening at CrossFit Regina and so glad I did! I got to witness AngeK and AngeD go head to head on the rack jerks. It was SUPER great to see Sherry and Maureen back at CFR! Plus I got to do a 2nd wod: I did regular Cindy… didn’t PR but got to fit in Push-ups, since I missed Power Cindy this week. Gotta say, I don’t enjoy Push-ups in vibrams. Sometimes my toes start to come out of the toes pockets (!) and I have to stop and re-adjust them. Went for a 400m Run after in 1:39 with a calf cramp on the way back. Not an “I heart vibrams” night, that’s for sure… but definitely an “I heart CFR” night!!
Also, welcome David from Seattle who worked out at CFR Wed & Thu this week. Always great to have visitors from other CrossFit affiliates!
