  8. Spent the early evening at CrossFit Regina and so glad I did! I got to witness AngeK and AngeD go head to head on the rack jerks. It was SUPER great to see Sherry and Maureen back at CFR! Plus I got to do a 2nd wod: I did regular Cindy… didn’t PR but got to fit in Push-ups, since I missed Power Cindy this week. Gotta say, I don’t enjoy Push-ups in vibrams. Sometimes my toes start to come out of the toes pockets (!) and I have to stop and re-adjust them. Went for a 400m Run after in 1:39 with a calf cramp on the way back. Not an “I heart vibrams” night, that’s for sure… but definitely an “I heart CFR” night!!
