Who’s Who 3 = Tyler was invited to CrossFit Regina by his buddy Harlan. Tyler joined our final foundations class in the basement, along with Nick K, before we moved to “Betty” (our first facility). If anyone is interested I’ll be streaming the games at my house on the projector throughout the weekend. Nothing formal going on so if you want to bring food and/or beverages you can since the only thing I’ll have is Coke, Doritos and Pizza – nothing remotely healthy ’cause that’s how an athlete rolls.
I can even be cajoled into a Blu-Ray movie and/or going out Friday/Saturday. Facebook me or call/text me at 501-8288. I’m even handy as a designated driver.
Thanks for the kind words, Robin, Kat, RHM and Kurt. I should also take this opportunity to acknowledge the chief inspiration for all my CrossFitting (besides Harlan, I mean). I refer of course to my wife Tracey, who – as you may know – is sweet, wonderful, and sexy. I say this even though Tracey has never described my biceps as “dreamy.” (I am flattered by Kat’s description, though I suspect it has more to do with her pre-wedding jitters.)

Nice PR’s Tyler! You, your biceps and – most importantly – your ability to belt out 80′s hair band ballads when the sound system doesn’t work are all assets to the CFR community. Gotta say I don’t appreciate how you encourage others through their final reps and cheer them on like the other Leah. However, the cheering you provide during the early middle reps often brings a tear of joy to my eye.
And to people coming to my house to watch the Games on our sweet, sweet set up (it’s pretty sweet). My front porch was hit by a bobcat. Yes, we realize this makes our home look like a crack house. No, we don’t have any crack. No, you can’t bring your own crack to watch the Games. And please remind Kurt to give my dog her medication. Thanks muchly!
Oh, I am now officially a lunatic. It all just hit me. Sweet merciful crap on a stick, we are going to the Games.

My elbows are revolting, so the pwr clns and PLU’s were a no-go. I’m going to attempt my squats, bench press, and deadlift on Friday, then I think I’m going to take next week off.
