57 competitors from Regina, Saskatoon, Yorkton, Moose Jaw, Rocanville and Winnipeg, are coming together to compete in 3 workouts today at CrossFit Regina!

My favourite part was when we were all counting Brad Flood’s final box jumps. That was amazing!
Amazing energy at CrossFit Regina yesterday, it was good to see so many people cheering everyone on.
We truly have an incredible community. Amazing heart shown by everyone in that building! Special thanks to Robin and Aaron for the endless hard work, time and effort that you put into Crossfit Regina.

What a great turnout and so much heart and effort was put into those WODS. Everyone dug deep and gave it their all!
