Lots of options for those of you working out today! I chose Rain or Shine, Div 2 and completed in 18:16. It was actually quite a fun little workout – even the running portion didn’t seem too bad.

16-17-14-14-Max 21, Yay! Completed my first week! (If you ever fail a set, you repeat the same week). Moving on to week 3 next week (started on week 2).
