I am in America and working out at Crossfit Bismarck tomorrow. It’s DT – Does anyone remember what the women weight mods were that we used last time?
Lexi – 155 for men is 105 for women (same ratio we used for cleans in 3rd workout in Edmonton too). Have fun, and let us know how it goes!
