Continue doing rounds of “Cindy” until 30 minutes is up. *No doubling band pull-ups or knee push-ups today. Try to get as many rounds completed within the minute as possible!   2. I am wondering if anyone can suggest a good physiotherapist in Regina. I’ve been having back problems, tried chiropractor & massage nothing has worked. If anyone knows of any please let me know! THANKS!!!

  3. Malia… I HIGHLY recommend Suzanne Funk. She’s out in Emerald Park but she’s the only physiotherapist who actually did something for me… all the other ones just put a heating pack on me and told me to stretch. Suzanne took the time to fully explain what the issue was and then gave me a method of FIXING MYSELF when I start having issues. She’s a God as far as I’m concerned.

    at 20min I PR’d on Cindy at 18+5+2

    at 30 min 22+5+2…..my back really started to seize up come round 12.

    You may want to consider seeing Daysha Shuya. She’s one of only a few licenced sport physiotherapists in Regina. She has a lot of experience working with athletes and has been the team physio for the University of Regina football team for a few years. Check out her website below for more information.

  6. Chelsea: for the first time: 8 rounds as rx’d
    Cindy: 15+5 (last time I did it in October, I got 14+5, so yay! PR!)
    Total in 30 minutes: 20+7

    Really gassed out at the end! I was farting around shortly after Chelsea, taking a little breather, so I definitely think I have a 17 round Cindy in me next time!

    At 20 min. only did 10 Rounds.
    Glad I kept going, wanted to quit badly.

  10. Could have stayed home & watched Biggest Loser on tv. Instead got to watch the awesomeness that is Shae! Holy smokes! Some times was so amazed watching him that I forgot to keep going on my workout!

Big thanks to Carm-BonZ for timin and countin Heavy GRACE,as Rx’d 5:01…..so close Brotha ZeuS.Really big thanX to all the CFR PepS who was throwin Down CHELSEA wiT me.Was able to RX that WOD with a sub-30 sec every round.Thanx Kurt and Leya and everyone who was there……Its a Great community of Fitness Nerds(True Believers in my Eyes YO):)

  13. Congrats James and Shae!! Way to rise to the challenge!! Like Shae, I completed all of my rounds unbroken and in the 27-28 second range. Last two rounds were 25 sec.
    I think after the games are over, Shae and James and I should do unlimited Chelsea – keep going until you can’t make the minute anymore. I think at least one of us could approach an hour…sounds like a fun Saturday afternoon to me!!

  14. BooM…we should do Chelsea on the-50,after 10 min on the-45,then 40 and so on. That would be tough

  15. So before this day, our gym record for Chelsea was 23 rounds.Last night, 3 guys completed the full 30 rounds as rx’d! Way to go BrianB, James and Shae – phenomenal!
