I’ve missed all the fun wods this week! Haven’t been feeling 100%, but nothing hit hard. Had 12 people for the Olympic Total last night, and another 8 this morning! Took my turn this morning:
Snatch 95lb (not a PR, have done 105, but happy I can get 95 consistently)
Clean & Jerk 140lb (PR – HOORAY! Was fun lifting with you, Kim Fe and Crystal!)
Olympic Total = 235lb today
Hoping to do the Lumberjack wod as rx’d tomorrow morning at 9am, then hitting the training hard again on Monday.

I think I need to get mentally tougher and push through the discomfort and shave a minute and a half off of that.
uber rx’d-14:20.wanted to pace it out in round 2 and 3 bit i think with weight like that it is easyer to not pace yourself and simply-get on with it.I agree with ya Kurt,its easy to stay in your comfort zone.I went into the WOD thinkin-just pace yourself and stay moving.I think that was wrong choice.Get comfortable with the uncomfortable(OPT)-I wanna figure that out.
