    We’ve had 17 ladies workout at CFR so far today. Where are the guys? So far only Denise has done it as rx’d and got 9 rounds.

  2. Robin, I can’t speak for other CrossFit dudes, but I stayed up too late watching “The Office” on DVD, so I bailed on 6am. You can punish me tomorrow at 10am.

  3. Thanks Tiff … you’re too kind. Apparently it looks like I was struggling a little bit with this lift. I’ve decided that I still have a long ways to go to get even close to being in the same ‘back’ category as Robin. Oh maybe one day ….. :)

  5. 10+7+6 as rx’d. Was laid out for a while after this one. Can’t wait to do it again though to try to get to Leya status : )

  6. Fun! Looked up what we did last December for this WOD. Leah, you got 6+7+4 as rx’d and I got 7+5 using 65lbs for the thrusters. Yay CrossFit!
