Coaches notes: Modified Thrusters = 9 reps at 95/65lb, 11 reps at 75/55lb, 13 reps at 65/45lb, 15 reps at 45/35lb. Single skips x5 = 70.  Compare to 081203.

    We’ve had 17 ladies workout at CFR so far today. Where are the guys? So far only Denise has done it as rx’d and got 9 rounds.

    Thanks Tiff … you’re too kind. Apparently it looks like I was struggling a little bit with this lift. I’ve decided that I still have a long ways to go to get even close to being in the same ‘back’ category as Robin. Oh maybe one day ….. :)

    Fun! Looked up what we did last December for this WOD. Leah, you got 6+7+4 as rx’d and I got 7+5 using 65lbs for the thrusters. Yay CrossFit!
