FIRST! And I shouldn’t have looked at this tonight – I’ll be having nightmares about not being able to fun fast enough all night now – does anyone else have Crossfit dreams?? Mine are usually nightmares where I can’t keep up or I can’t finish the workout, etc. What do these types of dreams mean?

This my first WOD in 2 weeks. I took some time off to nurse an SI injury.
The runs freaking sucked! I can taste blood!
This whole thing sucked from start to finish. I feel like it’s my first day of CrossFit again. Almost barfed rowing of all things! Rowing! Did not do OHS because of my shoulder so did FS instead. They sucked. Time was 21 something.
Ugghhh. Tomorrow is another day.

skill work: MU practice 2×2 from hanging rings (19 inches from the floor), then 2×2 MU from bar rings at varying heights

power clean: 115x3x3
for fun 1 rep max of OHS @ 115 (PR)
Did this wod on Wednesday before coaching. As rx’d 19:41. REally proud of this PR because I HATE this wod.
