Chipper with 50 (banded) PULL UPs rather than 50 push ups. 

also 50 situps

I don&#039;t feel so bad now that I am 19 seconds over last time.  


I so could have chipped some time off this.

		<description>When we did this 2 months ago with running, it was the first time I had ever ran 1k without walking. The run took me 6:52 and the total workout was 28:20, and the last 400m of the workout, I did have to walk a bit cause I was pooped.

Today, I wanted to repeat the same workout with running to compare. Though I did run the 1k again without stopping, it was a few seconds slower than last time. It took 7 mins, BUT, the 400m at the end of the WOD, I was able to run the whole thing AND the whole workout took 25:10. So I knocked off 3 mins!!!
