Saturday: 9am = “5K Plus” 5 rounds of 1K run, 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 box jumps, unmodified only.
10am= 5 rounds of 400m Run, 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 box jumps, with modifications allowed.
Sunday: “Nate” (modifications allowed)
