091102 – Overhead at CFR!
Announcing November’s Gym Challenge: Seattle Skill Levels
*PLEASE PRINT A COPY FOR YOURSELF*
*Start with level 1 and you have one month to complete everything on the list (if you completed level 1 in February, work on level 2).
“Overhead at CFR“:
AMRAP in 15 minutes -45/35lb bar
10 Hang Power Snatch
10 Overhead Lunges each leg
Here’s the catch: Every time you put down the bar, it’s an instant 10 Burpee penalty before you can pick up the bar again! You can rest anywhere but with bar on floor (as in the Bear).
*Those who cannot go overhead, do Hang Power Cleans instead of Snatch, then lunges with barbell in rack position.
