(the computer will only let you sign up for once a day unless you are “Unlimited”).  Regular team workout for everyone else at 10am, kids workout at 11am.

Coaches notes: This is a chipper, so you go through it once; If you can’t do Ring Dips, do 50 Push-ups; sub for 25 GHD situps is 50 Abmat Situps. Modify as needed: Intermediate do 35 reps of each; Beginners 20 reps of each. Compare to 090127 (done with rowing).
