  1. Sorry for the late cancel. I won’t be at the 6am class.I was hoping my eye would be okay to put contacts in this morning… No luck. I realize that sounds like a lame excuse but my glasses haven’t been updated in over 6 years so my depth perception is totally off.

  3. Good luck at noon today Tilly! p.s. everyone, Tilly is going to get her 1st pullup today. I don’t think I’ll be able to make it there today at noon, but I’ll be thinking STRONG thoughts about you floating up and over that bar! You TOTALLY have it in you!

    Did 7 unassisted pull-ups before the wod…They weren’t consecutive but I don’t care!!! Super stoked :)

    As rx’d in 32:40, about six minutes faster than when I did this in June. Yay paleo! Felt like I had chills near the end, which I always get with this one and Filthy 50. Oly club after was good stuff! Tiff, you are doing freaking awesome with getting those lifts down!

  11. Robin said I could spill the beans and let you all know what tomorrow’s workout will be:

    Back squats 5-5-5 at 80% single rep max. Followed by 10 min regular cindy (not retro cindy).

    I’m a little sad I’ll have to miss this one but… Julie and I are headed to Saskatoon for a CFS workout.

  12. I took my first ever DNF at crossfit on this one today, I had completed just short of three rounds and my lower back was tightening up. I know I could have pushed through it, but I have a playoff rugby game on Saturday that is very important to me, so I took the wimpy way out. Tiff, you were amazing, I wish I could have finished it with you kid, next time for sure, come sprains, strains, contusions or broken bones. Crystal made me feel way better by reminding me that we do crossfit to be more functional outside of crossfit, but still, quitting and me do not get along.
