CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning fitness program based on constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. CrossFit combines elements of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and sprinting, often in the form of interval training or circuit training. The fitness that CrossFit advocates and develops is deliberately broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
